HereIsMySaaS is an indie SaaS directory that lets founders list their products and helps visitors discover tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. Listing a SaaS
You may submit a SaaS you own or represent. Listings are reviewed before publication. We may reject, edit placement, hide, or remove any listing at our discretion — for example if it is misleading, duplicate, inactive, or unrelated to software products.
3. Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, spam, illegal content, or attempt to manipulate click counts. Automated scraping or abuse of the platform is not allowed.
4. Outbound links & attribution
Visitor clicks on listings may redirect to third-party websites with tracking parameters (such as utm_source). We are not responsible for external sites, their content, or their privacy practices.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The directory is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, or business results from being listed.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
